here’s part two of the prologue (that no one asked for)

make sure to read part one if you haven’t already, or this won’t make sense:
https://www.minecraftskins.com/skin/22957055/-/

things start to get a bit depressing here..
but just be glad that I’m not giving you guys the most depressing part on new years o_o

also, it was a little hard trying to find a place for a stopping point so this part wouldn’t be too long or too short, so sorry if it seems like it ends abruptly.

please don’t comment until I say you can, ty.

is anyone actually reading this, because if not, then really, what’s the point of doing this
Poor little Isaac could do nothing as the lights proceeded to go out around the house, and yells and howls reverberated from across the rooms from the boy’s grandparents and cousins who all came to celebrate what was supposed to be a cheerful, special day. Furniture rattled throughout the house as the roof collapsed or flew off into the rapidly approaching storm. Isaac could hear the springs in his bed coming loose, and he clutched his favorite teddy bear close, his face covered in wet tears snuggled into the small neck of the bear.
All little Isaac could ever hear were the muffled sounds of screaming that could barely be heard over the thunderous booms of rumbling and crackling. The little boy wanted to sneak out from under his bed and take a quick peek out his window, but he was deathly afraid. Afraid of what was happening out there, and why mother Mara and father Aric weren’t coming into the little boy’s room to hug and comfort him and tell him everything will be okay, like they always do. All Isaac had now was Teddy McFlufferson, and even the inanimate stuffed bear with one and a half button eyes wasn’t doing much to help soothe the boy.
Worryingly, the mother rushed her son into the house when he wouldn’t budge on his own. He cried for the comfort of his mother, but she seemed to have ignored him as she also commanded Isaac to run and get his father to come outside. But, as the obedient little boy he is, Isaac finally succumbed to his mother’s orders, and he went inside, telling father Aric Cinder to go outside the sliding glass door, and then he hid under the bed of his room. The dark oak wooden floor was the very last thing little Isaac felt, and his toy teddy bear named Teddy McFlufferson he’s had since he was only a baby was the first and last thing he ever saw underneath that bed.
“Isaac, honey- Look at me. Please. I need you to run inside and get underneath your bed or into your closet. Please, Isaac, listen to me, dear. Stay there and don’t come out. D-Do you hear me?” Mara expressed in a quiet, rushed voice.
“But why, momma? I wanted to touch the pretty lights!!” the little boy complained.
“No, Isi-” Mara remarked, pausing to take a breath in-between her shallow and hurried breathing. “Isi” was another of Mara’s many child nicknames for her son that she only uses in more serious situations, not like barely-seven-year-old Isaac could understand why she does so and not at any other times throughout the day.
“Oh, well that’s very lovely-” Mara began to speak before she cut herself off by the sudden realization of the sight on the other side of the very hill they stood atop of. While little Isaac Cinder was far too young to recognize what was happening, his mother knew good and well what it was--and it was most certainly not fireworks for that matter. No, a massive dust-like cloud of smoke erupted from the ground, or almost seemingly out of nowhere, and it was plummeting across the land at bizarre, undocumented-speeds; a horrifying sight to behold.
In a hurry, Mara dropped down to Isaac’s level and spun her son around to look at him.
