Ombre Tutorial!

++ IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU HAVE A HAIR SHADING AND KNOW HOW TO HUESHIFT FOR THIS++ (use my hueshift tutorial if not)

Okay so today I will be showing you how to do two different types of ombre, a simple very hueshifted one, and more of a discreet one!


First, use the back of the skin to pick a base color, ONE for the right arm and ONE for the left arm. any color works, i would NOT recommend starting off with the deepest black, though :)

starting with left arm; first hueshift this color deeply, going DIAGONAL across the square, and moving the color wheel right and left. For picking this palette i recommend only 5-6 colors in it. :)
then, lay them out darkest to lightest in your shading format, on the back side head :)

next, right arm.

Now take this color and do LOTS of little shifts, making sure the color is similar but lighter. Do darkest to lightest on the legs/torso like i did this time!
