nvm I saw a comment on the midnight glorb skin

to quote from WonderKitty,

"To answer everyone's questions about the transparent pixels: You use the "advanced editor" on pmc, download the file, and use the "upload" button at the top of the Skindex page and post your skin from there. Don't put the file in the Skindex editor
