going to be extremely busy with tests and essays until the end of this friday/beginning of saturday (though I’ll still likely have to catch up with other work over the weekend for the work I missed because of this), so I needed a quick and easy skin to make for today.

been wanting to remake this for a while now
though yes it still does suck because this is my third ever glitch effect skin and I still don't understand it.

the head is fine. the rest is a hot mess because I’m SO BRAINDEAD AND ANNOYED WITH LIFE atm.
