decided to make another glitch effect-type of skin

took some inspiration from my first one I made a few weeks ago

Glitch skins are hard to get right, but you did really well!
they are, I agree.
this is also only my second glitch skin I’ve ever made, so i think with a bit more practice making them, I’ll probably get better with it.
