Dear Journal (Jake)
Yes, I would like to point out, this is not a girly diary with a cutesy lock and key. This is a sophisticated log of events, more like a biography really. I know you'll all enjoy reading about my life, it's very exciting.
I have a girlfriend, her name is Laura. She's a princess, and I am her prince. I mean that literally too, by the way. My parents rule Monumental City, which actually is more like a kingdom. It's a very good life.
Anyway, I got to school ding dong on the dot today, and when I got to class I noticed my dearest love was not present. As you can imagine, I was most dristressed. She could have been kidnapped! Run over! Anything! Golly, my poor heart can't take this!
Hang on, here she is!
Oh dear.... apparently she had a rather embarrasing situation this morn regarding her favourite skirt. Goodness, it is exhausting having to calm her after situations like this.
Anyhoo, I must get going, class is about to start.
