this OC is actually gonna be someone else’s, i just had a specific idea for how she’d look

i came up with the name and i love it, i pray it won’t be changed when the OC is officially created
it’s based off of Edgar Allen Poe’s poem The Raven

anyways i really like the outfit, although i would like some tips to add to the steampunk aesthetic since i may make more steampunk skins
