Amphibious creatures found in swamps, more commonly located in mangrove ones, these carnivorous creatures feed on tropical fish and are often seen in packs, as they are social creatures, and they're also excellent swimmers. They have the ability to spit a fluid that has little toxicity and instead blinds their target temporarily, but they only use it in self-defense. They are considered neutral and many choose to let them do their business. Some have befriended them before, but they still remain swamp-dwellers no matter what.

I'd presume it would be a more frog-like bipedal amphibian. Would look better to me than a Poliwrath with a chest
