A unique form of a Phantom, these banished souls have been seen floating mid-air, with their arms spread out facing the moon. Trying to get their attention agitates them, and it will try to murder those who dare to interrupt them. They noticeably can be seen with a pack of phantoms, seemingly commanding them. Their unique eyes appear to grant them a connection with Phantoms, and some people have used the eyes of a Celestial Revenant, almost always in a hand-made necklace or bracelets, to command their own pack of Phantoms. These enigmatic creatures appear to have their own intentions, though they will seemingly never be known.
