The Amalgamation

The Amalgamation is what The Remnant evolves to become. A multiverse level threat to the Steves and reality as a whole. The Remnant began stealing the life and energy from other universes to keep the Crypt together. However, when the Scourge was finally destroyed, the Crypt began to fall apart to such an extent that the Remnant itself couldn’t fix. So instead, the Remnant took the energy from other universes which began to absorb into him instead of the Crypt Universe. It began to fix the tears and heavy damages caused to him which repaired him and made him whole again. He became a new Virus, not just any Virus though. An Amalgamation of parts of different universes of Viruses becoming this somewhat new entity. He was still his own Virus, but more powerful.
