The Remnant

(A revamped version of an old skin of mine Hell 0921)

The Remnant was a Virus just like the universes Virus that we know of that acts as a filter and restriction to everyone’s power. The Remnant lived in the universe that the Crypt once used to be. It served the same purpose there. To control Origin and his creations. However, TFC had cursed the universe, causing it to become corrupted and turn into the Crypt, resulting in the physical prosperities of the universe to become corrupted too and change, including the Virus. On top of that, Origin became corrupted as a result and became the Scourge. When the Virus could no longer detect Origin’s energy it too began to malfunction and corrupt. It would have destroyed itself if Origin had completely died, however Origin was still present through the Scourge. His energy had just become corrupted. This caused the Virus to detect the Scourge as Origin but in a corrupted way and shatter. He became remnants of his former self, which ended up forcing him to absorb energy from other universes to keep the Crypt from falling apart. This involved stealing entire places from other universes and people to repair the damages caused to it by TFC.
