Electro Steve

Electro Steve is a manifestation of pure energy. He’s full of it. Tons and tons of energy just waiting to be released. He was created as a result of the destruction of the Jade King. Though most of his energy manifested into Cybernetic Steve, some of it separated from him and manifested into Electro Steve. His fears and capabilities are unknown but in basic terms that we know of, he controls electricity, lightning, has super fast reflexes and moves super fast. Almost as fast as Speed Steve. He has the ability to steal the energy from other Steves and use it for himself either by absorbing it or using it as a weapon or projectile to use on enemies. He also has the ability to transform from a physical being into a pure spirit of energy whenever he wants and back. He is in full control of his soul energy, making him a dangerous threat to non sentient beings like Destiny Steve and Trinity Steve
