A creation from Time's destruction as a result of him overexerting himself while stopping time and holding too many time states. As a result he split into four different Steves. One being Sunrise, the others lost from the archives, but can be speculated on by those who hear of their travels. Sunrise would go on to create a town, and bring peace to the Chromatic Steves, ending the war they waged on each other in the world that had ended due to Nether's actions.

If you are talking about that Minecraft series from chillz "elemental quest" it is gone... to be honest, all of his videos are gone... I haven't seen any more elemental quest videos anymore. :(
I made the series as well. Elemental Quest is over for good, never coming back. However there might be something else interesting coming from my channel.

Also Chillz is entirely moving away from Steve content
