General Virtue

General Virtue, just like his counterpart General Vengeance is the leader of the Pink Steve armies. He is second in command of the Pink Steve empire after the Pink Leader himself. He was trained in all forms of combat, ranged, technological, physical and even mental forms of combat. He is quite powerful in terms of raw strength but that does not equate to the raw power of General Vengeance. However, he is the better duelist with his weapons. In general, General Virtue loves to fight with weapons on one to one duels rather than use his powers. He feels it is a “fool’s advantage” which does not demonstrate one’s bravery. His favorite weapons to use involve swords, katanas and daggers as he loves to fight using speed rather than power. He himself is also quite a tough person, able to endure a lot of physical pain before somehow being able to be taken down. No Steve has ever been able to beat him in a duel before except General Vengeance and the Pink Leader, in which the Pink Leader has always been one of the best duelists of the Steves, if not the best, and General Vengeance barely getting lucky enough to beat him in one. Overall, the General Virtue is more open minded as a person.
