Void Steve managed to acquire the power of the crystals again somehow. However, as he obtained them, he initially tried to unleash his true Rainbow Form. However, due to Time Steve falling apart, as he tried to unleash his true Rainbow power, his physical time state changed giving him both the abilities of Rainbow Void and True Rainbow Void. This small mistake of Time Steve had just made Void twice as powerful as he had intended to become.
