Clockwork Steve

This is basically Time Steve from another timeline idk.
The main purpose of this skin was just to create a Steve skin based off of what I was wearing irl at the moment I was wearing a skin. I was wearing a dark green sweater, a long grey robe, grey sweatpants and black socks. I substituted the black socks for black shoes tho cuz who walks around in socks lol???
