The fourth experiment has been unleashed. This is the newest version of the alpha experiment. A hybrid Steve with powers beyond someones imagination. This test subject however does not have evil intentions. He rarely ever wants to use his powers and instead keeps to himself. He isolates himself from the chaos of every Steve and instead uses his time to harness and learn his powers. Out of the four experiments, this Steve could control himself the best.
