Horror Steve

One of the two fiends of the World Below. He is always seen with his brother Terror Steve. Together they wreak havoc on the worlds causing mayhem wherever they go. This Steve was once a Red Steve. He had committed atrocious crimes and took many curses to end up in the World Below. He was once abused by the rest of the residents of the World Below. Then Terror Steve came along. He was a new Orange Steve who had been punished by being sent to the World Below. The residents then got bored of Horror Steve and started abusing Terror Steve. Horror Steve couldnt take it anymore and saved Terror Steve. Both of them formed an unbreakable bond. A brotherhood. Individually they grew strong, but together they were unstoppable.
