Cyclone Steve

After the fall of the Spirit and Middle World, the Blue and Indigo Steves had nowhere to call home. This Steve had a similar story to Tempest Steve. Cyclone Steve was a Blue Steve who along with others lost his connection to the Spirit World and was forced to evacuate into the mortal Steve World. He wanted to ensure he could survive so he could one day save his people. He had found a prototype suit Iron Steve made and upgraded it to better suit his purpose. He wanted to create suit which could harness power and create strong connections to other dimensions. The suit did this by harnessing large amounts of energy and created wormholes to other worlds. However hes still yet to find a way to return home. The unseen evil still blocks his passage to the Spirit World. He is strong, but his connection to his home is weak. He is basically the Blue Steve version of Tempest Steve.
