Tempest Steve

This steve is quite special. He too created his own super suit but he had a different motive compared to the colourful rangers. This Steve made this suit to defeat a greater evil. After the middle world was overtaken by a mysterious force unknown to the Rainbow Kingdom, this Indigo Steve had nowhere to go as he lost his connection to the middle world. Therefore he decided to create a suit with leftover knowledge from the great library as he knew that was where he could find some knowledge. He crafted a suit which could help him harness the energy around him to create thunderstorms or cause chaos. His intentions however showed no evidence of chaos. He wanted to stop a greater evil and avenge his people.
