First Blue King

The First Blue King. The ally of the Last Purple King. Best friends shall I say. The First Blue King is a myth or a legend among Blue Steves of this generation. Little do they know this Steve really did use to exist. He was a kind, noble and strongly spiritual person. He had the biggest ties to the deceased. He was one of the only Steves who could freely travel to any dimension he pleased. Rumor has it that he still lived and has joined the Rogue Outlaw Steve in his quest to unite the Steve race through entity and not color. He looks almost lime because he's actually a spirit. He's not human unlike the other Steves. Due to his strong ties, he gave up his body to become a ghost. Therefore strengthening his ties with the deceased further.
