Made by this awesome guy called Reverse Elixir. I got his permission to upload this. He makes awesome Steve skins. So this Steve was a lost henchmen to Death Steve. He got lost in a storm one day. He was forgotten until he found Sabre. He loved erasing memories because he never knew the truth about his creator Virus 0921. So he wanted everyone to suffer that feeling too. So yah that's why he loves erasing memories.
