This Steve is quite unique. He is actually a part of Energy Steve. See Energy Steve is FULL of Energy, but he is definetly not the strongest Steve. That unfortunately would be the evilest Steve of all time who is Death Steve, the energy in Energy Steve got too unstable, so some of it broke out of him but he didn't realise. It then wanted to form into a powerful being so it created an energy crystal, which then got too unstable because of the lack of care it got. So it formed into a Steve.
