About me

Good morrow, fellow Crafters! "Stay a while, and listen!" Haha, my name is Sen (and, yes, the umlaut IS legally part of my name, but that's a story for another time), but I go by frostbyte, or (on this site) TheCubesmith. I'm a software engineer and pen. tester for a living. That is, I get paid to code and Hack into systems. (I'm a paid, legal Hacker!) I'm also working on a novel and blog a bit.

In my free time, I'm just a Gamer, one who's been obsessed with video/card/board/pen+paper RPG games since 1986, when I got my first consoles (Atari and Colecovision) and PC (a Commodore64). I was only 6 years old, and the Internet wasn't even a household term yet, but I was hooked!

Yeah, I might seem a little old to still play games, but gaming and IT are my life and passion. Besides, it was my generation (and the one before mine) that invented the term "Gamer". xP

I'm also fluent in German and Japanese, and can hold a passable conversation in several other languages, so I guess I'm a so-called "polyglot". I love math (I know, I know), history, animals, martial arts and military science. I served in the US Marine Corps from 2002-2005, but was discharged due to wounds sustained in Afghanistan.

Anyway, I haven't made any skins for a while, but I love the stuff I'm seeing, and plan to add my own soon. Happy mining, crafting, surviving and exploring, guys!
