My birthday is coming up and I want to celebrate by making 3-20 skins 
(if possible). for my birthday, I will also celebrate by doing a contest.
on April 28, 2022(my 13th birthday), 6 pm - 12 pm EST, I will hold a skin contest and I will spin the wheel and if it lands on wheel, then I will spin the wheel with the usernames that entered in the contest.
if it lands on likes, then I will look at all the skins see which one has the most likes, and whoever has the most likes wins the contest. 
WINNER GETS: 
a guaranteed follow
prob 20-100 likes(if you have 20-100 skins that is)
ill leave the word "edit 2" in case I decide to edit my about me page
