How to make my basic skins:
pick one color for skin+ one for blush
color face arms leg ecc
add eyes ( in my style there always two pixels)
Choose at least 3 main colors for clothes ( You will get 9 by darkning the shadows and lighting for brighter spots)
Trace clothes with grey outline
Base colour
shadows 
light colors
delete grey outline
use autotone for hair for dat messy look (:
