Bases are allowed (remember to credit!), and theme is…rainbow OR cats (OR both if you're up to it)! I will be judging by myself (something I usually don't do) this time and the prizes are: 3rd is skin request, 2nd is base, and 1st is base and skin request! For requests, I will NOT do minis, as much as I love them I hate it when they get stolen and people don't give credit. Anything else is fine as long as it's appropriate ;). In the tag please put KCKRCCon so it's easier for me to find them!
