This is just a customized skin to resemble a Kogaryu Shinobi, inspired by Sarutobi Sasuke, one of the most famous Ninja in history, whether you believe he was fictional or historical. I customized the skin from one that Blaze117 had created. He is a talented artist; credit goes to him. =)
