Yep! I had just got meh, a pmc account, but... here is the thing I don't know how to add skins, or other things to my account.. So, I'd be handy for some help, and, I am not gonna go on too often, So, that was just a tiny update, link to account in comments, enjoy! <3

So PMC doesn't have an editor, if you want to upload a skin use EmmaMinecraft's instructions but use another editor, like you can use the Skindex editor and instead of pressing "upload to skindex" click "download". Then name it something else so you can find it better then do what EmmaMinecraft said. Hope this helped!!! <33333

Yeah that's what I did but I do that anyway in case something happens to the site or something or if I accidentally delete it and while I am making it I also save the skin cause my computer could crash.
