Story:His name was Alan Stanpike,he was a scientist working for M.C.I.(Mutational Creation Industry)when by accident he drank some E-Potion(know as Evil-Potion for changing a person's attitude to the worse)which made him evil and packed with superhuman abilities.Now he is known as the Dominator.
