Fill in the rest of the skin by shading 1 value darker (or two values, depending on the shading) around the shading you've already done until you reach the end of the hair. I sometimes like to add pixels of the lightest hair color on the second layer. If this was confusing (cuz I feel like it was :P) or if you have any questions, feel free to ask!
