It doesn't matter how you learn, as long as you do most of it yourself (which you did) its okay.

I really am not. I have just learned to go over peoples' precious work (such as skin bases) with a different color. I go over their shading style with designs. I didn't do it the hard way like everyone else. :I

I know what you mean, I have seen a bunch of skins like "30 likes plz" and stuff like that. Now it annoys me because other skinners(Like me) work really hard on each skin they make, and then people use those great skins ( not saying my skins are great, my skins can be really bad) edit a tiny bit. Write in the name "100 likes plz" and then they use the skin that person made to get 100 likes! And sometimes it works! I have been in skindex a while and I have learned to deal with that, but it still annoys me. I remember when I never new how to shade, then I did a shading video and now (at least I think) I'm okay at shading. I know I will get better and better over the years, because of my inspiration. Also, I am determined to achieve my goal of getting better at shading (because I'm pretty bad) I don't really think about followers that much because the whole point of skindex is to make and upload skins. We appreciate any followers (at least I do) but we don't expect them. I know I'm not very good at shading, but I realized I'm not the type of person to just give up, because for some reason after I have given up, I feel guilty. I wish I could be as good of a shader as you, but for now I'm gonna practice.

So, I am very disappointed in Skindex. Yes, I haven't had this account for long, but I've been going to Skindex for a long time without an account. I used to go to Skindex for amazing skins, that I would absolutely love, and those are hard to find now. Now there are a bunch of stolen, unshaded, bad-quality skins here. There aren't many skinners I like anymore, and that honestly makes me sad. The only reason I ever tried to make a skin was because there weren't very many good skins. This disappoints me so much. I still love Skindex, I would never quit it in a million years, this is just something I don't like. A lot of things I find are "Please like" and "Follow if you see this" And those I think are stupid. There are good skinners on Skindex, and they will get likes for the quality of their skin. If it's bad or stolen, and yuo know that, don't ask for likes and follows, and even if it is a good quality skin, don't. Another thing I don't like on Skindex is everyone giving up. I know a lot of people who think "I can't shade, so I won't try to learn and practice, because I can't right now" How do you learn math and school subjects? Practice. If you like skinning you can't just give up that easily. And also, these things do not apply to everyone. I will also use this as a chance to say what people I think are really good skinners, and the ones who have inspired me. SoalBases/LunaSoal has inspired me so much. The skins Lunasoal makes are amazing. That's where I got inspiration from my shading. Laurenbp, Moonwatcher, WindGuideYouOn, and so many other people have inspired me, too. And if you look back at those peoples' skins, you see, they didn't start out as a master at this stuff. Knowing that helps me, because I hate myself, in the way of I think my skills suck. Knowing that they had to practice just like me, makes me feel just a bit better. If you read this, thanks! It took me a while to type. xD :D
