Thanks yeah, this is so true. I do actually like the natural-style looking skins more, and I'm more comfortable doing those, but others seem to like the all-crazy neon-ish ones, and I seem to get so focused on the bright and dark hair, I get a little too lazy to do the same for the clothes and stuff. Well, I personally think that they both look good, but I like the normal ones better. And here's why: With the light and dark ones, your mind is automatically drawn to the extreme contrast, so you focus more on that rather than the skin as a whole. With the normal shading, however, the colors blend more easily and naturally, allowing less time to process the image, and to pay attention to the whole skin, the design, and the shading. Also, neon colors are harder to match with other colors.
