First of all, this is a cruddy edit of Foru's skin, second of all, Len doesn't have brown hair, third of all, Len is not an idiot, he just doesn't have human knowledge, but he is very smart if you think of him as a computer. All Vocaloids are very smart if you think of them that way. Fourth of all, this is offensive to Vocaloid fans, including myself.
