Willow started a new base account called WillowedBases, but she didn't bring all of her bases (most of her bases) over to it, including yours. I'd say you should request a pink haired base for your new personal skin (even I think that the most recent one is perfect and the best personal skin ever in every way xD <3 ;) ). Sorry if this doesn't help and you already knew about her other base account =P.
