Kenzel's POV: Well, I would show this beast of a forest that I wasn't the weakest one. I would show that I was strong, courageous, willing to fight for my friends and family, even with my life. My thoughts were interrupted when I heard Qyliaea's voice. "Wait-where's Kenzel?" I could hear Kaitlyn and Rivershadow start to panic. I focused all of my anger, all of my power, my light, everything-on the dark forest. A beam of silvery light shot through the forest, temporarily blinding me.

Kenzel's POV: I stumbled on the dirt path. I could hear the voices of Qyliaea, Kaitlyn, and Rivershadow, marveling at some beauty that I couldn't see, and I tried to follow their joyous laughs, but it seemed to be all around me. This forest was messing with my mind…making it so I could never get out. This forest is like a vicious monster, I thought to my self. It takes the smallest, the weakest ones, and kills them cruelly, then slowly picks off the rest.

Qyliaea's POV:*4 hours later* The forest seemed to stretch on and on, a mass of never ending darkness. My legs ached and my face was dripping with sweat. I closed my eyes and sighed when I heard Kaitlyn shout,"Look!" I opened my eyes slowly and saw a beam of yellow light piercing through the top of the trees like a flame, flickering in and out of the emerald green leaves. We stepped into a clearing and I finally saw the sky, bright and blue, clouds lazily moving about.

Qyliaea's POV: "Yes,"Kenzel muttered, her long, silky blond hair swaying in the cool breeze. (GONNA STOP HERE XD GOTTA GO)

Kaitlyn's POV: I sighed but followed Rivershadow, having to jog to keep up with her long strides. As we got deeper into the forest, the sky turned a midnight blue before the tall oaks blocked it out completely. I could still see a bit of the silver stars shining through the leaves, but almost all was dark. Qyliaea seemed to be enjoying it, while Kenzel gritted her teeth in pain. "I know where you can get healed, Kenzel,"Rivershadow said. "Can you make it until we get there?"
