I couldn't fight but I couldn't let that thing kill Adaline. I threw a rock at the spider. It turned and hissed. It went after me. Adaline looked sickly and was losing blood

touched her clothes she vaporized. "Probably just someone playing a trick on us." said Adaline. "It happens all the time with the ppl in the village that know a little magic." said Adaline. Maybe she was right but I had a horrible feeling. We kept walking. "You know Kayla I think- She was cut short by something that pounced on her. It was that lady and she was slowly.. TURNING INTO A SPIDER. A huge Black widow spider. "YOU WILL PAY FOR NOT COMING WITH MY QUIETLY, NOW YOU WILL BOTH BE DEVOURED!"
