If anyone wants to use the book, I won't report stolen skin or anything. It was as easy to make as . . . shading hair? Anyways, a lot of people seem to be using book bases, so yeah . . . I thought it would be cool to make one but I'm not writing a book or anything, so anyone who uses this, put it to good use! And I don't need any credit, really. :)

The contest is to see who is able to create the best blue outfit. It can be jeans, a dress, a skirt, anything so long as it's you. You will be allowed to use a skin base so long as you give credit to the creator. As the prize, I will make any skin the winner would like so long as it is not inappropriate. You have until April 10th to complete your skin and give it to me in the comment section.
