If you have time I LOVE IT when people make a skin with my hair bases because it is fun to see how different each skin can be even if they share the same hair!(If they give me credit for the base, if they don't it is just rude) But if you don't want to you most defiantly don't have to, using hair bases just aren't some people's favorite skins to make!
