The question still remans... How the freak did scourge get the dog teeth/cat claws on his collar? =3 Cats don't have usable thumbs =3 XD ^-^ .-.
He rips the teeth out of the dogs/cats mouth in, "The rise of Scourge" and then tried to get his collar off
His neck by holding it in his mouth and jabbed the inside of the collar and he could never break the collar so it just stuck out of the collar.
I guess maybe he thought it was cool so he kept doing it or he kept trying to get the collar off.
