Yeah it is annoying. This morning I found that somebody has used one of my bases to create a disgusting, sick, and perverted skin and I got pretty annoyed.

you are very welcome. I know how frustrating it can be seeing people just take your skins and get all the votes and such for something that isn't theirs. I try not to do that to people :)
