That sounds really hard. . .
Do you have something to help you with emotional support? I suggest hugging a stuffie to help get out all the stress and anxiety.
for me, when under stress and other, similar feelings, i like to take a walk outside, organize/clean my room, or simply do something that i enjoy (for example, art!)
ur trying, and that's what truly matters! just don't be afraid to face ur mistakes and learn
i think ur amazing and that you'll get through this, hope things get better for u <333333
