The skindex editor does not support semi-transparent pixels, but if you change the opacity in a different program and choose the file from the upload tab you can post skins with semi-transparent pixels.

I use PhotoPea for more advanced features while skin making.
Ohh I see, I used PMC's editor, but the translucent pixels never show up on Skindex :(
