I wanted to make something Warframe-inspired and Fallout-y after seeing that Journey-Map had a Fallout preset. All the visually messy wasteland wanderer clothing is on the second layer, so disable it if you just want a cool cyborg skin. Yes, they have braided hair! No, I did not consider how it goes through the poncho. I think they cut a hole for their braids.

Given how derivative this is of other media, feel free to edit! Just give me credit!
