since my other pokemon skins have been pretty popular (what the heck top of the front page??!! thank you!?!!), i wanted to make more! this is penny (or cassiopeia) from pokemon scarlet/violet :3 one of my favorite designs in the games

she's actually got a little transparent skirt over her shorts but i didn't want to deal with that it's too complicated for me LOL hope this will suffice
