Side quested again. This is Tempest, a variation color of a Diamond Steve (made by BluTigerrr: Pink Diamond Steve. Please check them out!). This was requested by my girlfriend!

"Well, in this case, it seems like you'll need a good companion to keep the fun in line!" -Tempest

Created and raised in the glowing caves within the underground of TOVIAN's world, Tempest has never seen the light of the day of the world of THELORA outside of the caves... until Judah enters the world. Tempest is sent to a nearby outpost in which Judah had appeared beside to go and meet this new person within the world. Tempest is know as a cheerful and relaxed steve, and incredibly helpful and adventurous. So when Judah is told he needs to fulfill some sort of prophecy of waking up TOVIAN, Tempest follows along and helps Judah through any and all challenges he might face within the world, which is full of lots of danger... per TOVIAN's first creations that had kids, unfortunately. Throughout it all, Tempest remains the closest person to Judah than any other character involved. Staying with him until the end.
