For this skin here, I do not at all understand the sunflower. The asymmetrical sleeve and trousers makes for a very relaxed look. The watch is a nice touch. Your use of colour is excellent.

Nothing wrong with that, sir. A necktie is a simple and elegant way to display a bit of effort in appearance.
Also, they look awesome worn underneath a sweater.
