Miles Prower (Version 2)

This is an enhanced more accurate version of Miles "Tails" Prower . The original idea of skill comes inspired by and closely observed based of of the skin , * Friends No More . By GoldnGamer5701 . This is just meant to be a copy due to the fact that I personally went through the effort of completely re-integrating it pixel by pixel myself then adding further detail. Along with the fact that this is version 2 . Fixed Errors with the original , prominently the pallet error with the outer layer of the right arm.
