Halfwidow

The top half of her head is missing.
It wonders the Offlands alone usually guarding a doorway that leads to somewhere foreign.
It is no longer human nor is who she originally was. And she is forced to weep for eternity as a warning for other travellers seeking to fix whatever inevitably happened.
She is a tragic reminder not to go off beyond the outer border no matter how desperate or how much in pain you are.

She often wears a large purple feathered hat to cover her missing top half because she doesn’t like witnesses who seen her missing half.
If you see her, do not approach her as she can teleport you to somewhere dangerous or blind you.
