An older sciantists who was part of S..SM.I. staff. Once Drum vannished Harman became incressingly suspicious with the way Zero took over. Harman ties to confront Zero but Zero Decided to konck him out insted. Harmam vannished without a trace and lawenforcment gave up. Some say he was "let go" because he was the last remaining memory of S.S.M.I.
